I'm excited to be publishing my children's picture book, "From Drought to Never Ending Rain". This book aligns nicely with the Australian Curriculum (ACARA). The guideline questions and curriculum linking codes will help educators use this book as a valuable learning tool. Students from grades 3-6 are guided through an evocative learning experience, where inquiry-based learning, helps them discover the ever-changing Australian landscape. I had fun creating an enjoyable read, with illustrations that will entice questions and further discovery.

These sample pages include the first two pages of the book, the last page of the story and a couple of pages showing the guideline questions at the end of the book. These questions are meant to support teachers and parents to use this book to scaffold inquiry-based learning with their little people. They are linked directly to the Australian Curriculum, and sample codes are provided for these links.
